All apartments feature insulated double-pane glass windows and sliding doors; fully insulated walls, ceilings and floors; solid weather-stripped entrance doors; and high-efficiency air conditioning equipment and clean electric heat. Quality construction helps soundproof apartments. Second story apartments are carpeted over solid concrete floors and soundboard. Each apartment has its own private wall system completely separating it from all other apartments.
